RETURN POLICY
At Kids Toy Club, we will make every effort to make your shopping experience faster, easier, and pleasant. As much information and description is provided on our products as a good representation of their type and quality. If you are not sure and need further information on any of our toys that you would like to order, please contact us by clicking here. Our customer service will respond within 6 hours. If any of the items you have purchased is still not up to your expectation, we will gladly return it for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping fee) or for an exchange.
Conditions of Return:
 Product must be in the original packaging and in complete resalable condition.- Product must be returned, shipping prepaid.
- Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or packing slip.
- Refunds will be credited back via the same method used for payment
.
- No Cash Refunds for an online order.
How to Return:
- Return the Packing Slip (separate from the Original Invoice) with the parcel.
- List the items and fill in the reason for return on the back of the Packing Slip.
- Pack the product, undamaged and in a protective cardboard box for return shipment.

- Get a package tracking or reference number from your shipper and keep it in a safe place until Kidstoyclub secures return of the package.
